Agent Manager Showcase

This isn’t just a class. It’s a movement. It’s time for actors to free themselves from gatekeeping and stale power structures. Step into your power and watch the opportunities increase tenfold around you.

By the end of this program, you'll have access to...

Ten Agents and Managers

We're stacking up an all-star team of 10 top-tier agents and managers including reps from Brillstein, Luber Roklin, Bohemia, DDO, Stewart, DGRW, Daniel Hoff, Zero Gravity, and more. You'll have a chance to hone your scene work in a warm and constructive environment so that you can truly put your best foot forward.

Create A Pitch Packet

Anyone can get in front of anyone these days, but the question is, what do you say when you get there? We use elite branding strategies to help you create your pitch package to send to agents and managers. You won't be targeting just 10...we're opening up the entire industry to you with our email spreadsheets.

In-Depth Marketing Training

You get 4 weeks of comprehensive training in branding, marketing, networking, and how to market yourself. This is the most unique aspect of Vermilion classes and the one that consistently gets our actors working more than anything else. Personal responsibility.

A Community of Artists

Vermilion has one of the most positive, self-actualized, and proactive communities of actors in the world. Our members know it's not about sitting back and waiting. Their addictive enthusiasm and ambition keeps you pushing forward and building friendships.

Your Team is Waiting.

Time to Start Booking.

The tide is turning for the industry. AI is not as good as anyone thinks it is, and we are nowhere close to replacing live actors.

There are six major studios currently under construction in New York City. We also have two in New Jersey, including both the $1B Netflix studio in Fort Monmouth and the Lionsgate studio in Newark.

At the same time, casting has changed. You can get in front of any casting director now. Waiting to be discovered? That era is gone.

TV shows are still shooting. Films are still getting made. People are still getting cast. The actors who are working on their business right now are seeing real results. Those who aren't are hearing crickets.

The ability to reach people directly—directors, producers, casting directors, and audience—has transformed what it means to be an actor. Technology can help you, if you let it.

There has never been a better time to be a creator.

The most successful actors don’t wait around. If you are ready to meet agents and managers, take action and meet them!

This isn't a hobby. It's a business. And all businesses have to advertise. Think of your representation as a business partner. You're the CEO, and they're the Chief Sales Officer.

The question is...how prepared are you to meet those agents and managers? Because what you say in those meetings will make or break your chances of signing.

As the saying goes:

“There’s a fortune to be made, and your only competition is fools."

Most people have no idea how to position themselves to representation. They think of their product from their own perspective, instead of from a rep's perspective.

So step out of your comfort zone—and start running your career like a business.

Meet With 10 Powerhouse Agents and Managers

You'll showcase your best work on two different dates for some of the top agents and managers in the business. Hailing from the bicoastal offices of Brillstein, Luber Roklin, Zero Gravity, DDO, Stewart, Daniel Hoff, DDO, Harden Curtis, Bohemia, and more, our reps are eager to get to know you and your work in a real way. You'll be able to follow-up after class to cement the relationship.

This is unlike any other agent-manager workshop you've taken. We focus on a personal touch and building actual relationships, instead of "speed dating" that goes nowhere. Space is limited, so sign up for now while there's still availability.

In-person classes December 2nd, 9th, 16th from 6-9pm EST. December 30th class is on Zoom. Showcases will be part of class on December 9th and 16th.

Space is limited.

One Month. Ten Reps. Full Send.

Here's what you'll learn...

Module One:

December 2 - What Reps Want

We'll start with the fundamentals of positioning yourself in the market in a way that doesn't feel false or forced. You'll learn what agents and managers are actually looking for, and how to capture their attention.

You'll learn that the agent-manager side of the business can be fun and exciting. Don't put reps on a pedestal. Instead think of them as your hard-working colleagues.

This module includes:

  • Lesson: "Actor Marketing 101"
  • Lesson: "How To Get an Agent or Manager"
  • Live scene work with notes
Module Two:

December 9 - Your Actor Package

Although you are the product and service, you need professional marketing materials to build your career. This includes your headshot, resume, reel, clips, and optional digital materials (social media and website).

In Week 2, you'll prepare scenes to showcase to our first round of agents and managers. You'll also work with Misha on your materials to make sure you're ready for follow-up. This "actor package" is essential for reps, CDs, directors, and more.

This module includes:

  • First of two showcases for agents and managers
  • Misha to review your headshot, resume, and reel with feedback
  • Live scene work with notes
Module Three:

December 16 - Networking

Most actors have no idea that networking is meant to be fun. This crash course in networking essentials will help you get comfortable introducing yourself and making friends in the business.

In Week 3, you'll prepare scenes to showcase to our second round of agents and managers. You'll receive an in-class lesson on how to network with ease.

This module includes:

  • Second of two showcases for agents and managers
  • Lesson: "Secrets of Networking"
  • Live scene work with notes
Module Four:

December 30 - The Follow-Up

It's time to bring all of the concepts together as you get ready to do massive agent manager outreach in January! You'll combine what you've learned about marketing, networking, branding, auditions, and gear up for an email campaign.

This week is on Zoom in order to accommodate the holiday.

This module includes:

  • Lesson: "Following Up"
  • Presentation of actor materials
  • Live scene work with notes
Module Five:

Bonus: Private Coaching

As the program concludes, you have the option of booking a wrap-out call with Misha for 15 minutes of private coaching. Ask anything related to your career, and get simple, direct answers.

This one-on-one call is your chance to lock in any remaining sections of your business plan or lingering questions about how to position yourself in the industry. Even in just a 15-minute call, many of our clients report major breakthroughs.
