Legit Agent Manager Intensive
Two-Day Online Intensive
This two-day online intensive is designed to set you up for agent-manager meetings in 2026. You’ll get a strategy session with filmmaker Misha Calvert on how to prepare your pitch materials and reach out to agents and managers effectively. Then you’ll put up work in front of three agents and managers representing both stage and screen actors and receive live feedback from them.
The agents and managers in attendance represent clients in both stage and screen at offices that work on both coasts. You'll put up work for them on day two and receive live feedback, and have the opportunity to ask them questions directly in a live Q&A. Guests on include representatives from the following offices:

Night 1 - January 26
For the first class, you'll work with just Misha as she gets to know your craft and prepares you to meet the reps. You'll put up scenes live with a reader and receive feedback from Misha, and then get a video recording of your work when you're done.
You'll also get a chance to ask Misha questions in a live Q&A. Classes will take place on Zoom. Misha will cover basic strategy for agent manager outreach to help you pitch yourself effectively.
Night 2 - January 27
For second class, you'll present those same scenes for the agents and managers directly and receive live notes from them. There will be a live Q&A with the reps so that you can ask them anything and everything about their work, securing representation, and the industry in general.
You'll receive a second recording of your work and have a chance to book a free coaching call with Misha in order to follow up on your rep outreach.

Misha Calvert
Director and Coach
Misha is an award-winning writer, director, and showrunner based in New York. She has created five digital series: STRUT (2018 Tribeca Film Festival) which campaigned for an Emmy in 2022, and ALL HAIL BETH, which landed in the top 25 on the iTunes soundtrack charts in 2019.
Her upcoming projects include FAULT, a drama set in the world of women’s pro tennis; PINK FLAGS, starring Raye and Sawyer Spielberg (Panavision New Filmmaker Grant); and CANDY, a musical short created in partnership with singer-songwriter Kate Eberstadt. She is also in post-production on a new comedy series she directed, THE FUCKBOY DIARIES. On the feature side, Misha is developing two narrative dramatic features.
Misha’s work is high-concept and visually driven, with a consistent focus on gender, mental health, power, and the female experience. She is also the founder of Vermilion, an educational arts organization supporting actors and multi-hyphenates.
